Female Dubai Personal Trainer for Health Fitness

As a female personal trainer in Dubai i like to train people (woman & men or groups) who wants to get back in shape or have any issues with their back.

I completed my Personal Trainer in Germany in 2010. Further education as Pilates Match Trainer, TRX, Functional, Aqua Fitness, Core, DeepWork and Reha Back Trainer.

I brought some of my own equipment to Dubai. So if you want to train at home, at the beach, park, we can train but prefer to train and teach you how to train with your own weight.

Also I have several Aqua license: Aqua Fit, Aqua Kick-Punch, Aqua pregnancy, Aqua Back Problems
