About Me
I am a passionate personal trainer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in fitness, rehabilitation, and postural correction. Having worked as an office assistant for 25 years, I understand the struggles of back, shoulder, and neck pain. My mission is to help individuals, including post-pregnancy women and seniors, regain strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
I completed my Personal Trainer certification in Germany in 2010 and have further qualifications in Pilates, Functional Training, TRX, Aqua Fitness, Core Training, DeepWork, and Back Rehabilitation. My training approach is focused on bodyweight exercises to ensure sustainable results without relying on heavy equipment.
